The distinctive glass dome that sits on top of the hotel offers a high-end culinary experience whilst two other restaurants and the Axis bar will welcome you with more casual options.

The hotel also provides access to the Metropolitan Health Club and Spa for a small surcharge.

Accommodation

All delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and other attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. Please book as soon as possible due to the Americas Cup taking place during the same period in Barcelona.

Event Hotel

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the event hotel - Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower at a special rate of €250 per night (between the dates of the 7th October – 10th October, 2024). This rate is for single occupancy, includes breakfast and VAT (but excludes City Tax).

We would recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible, due to the Americas Cup taking place during the same period in Barcelona. Accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change.

Due to expecting it to be busy in Barcelona on the event dates, we have also held a small room block at Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel. This is a 7 minute drive from the event hotel. When delegates say they have already booked they are told that they need to finalise their booking by completing a form with credit card details. This generates a new booking and a 25% deposit is immediately charged to the card - this is non-refundable and any cancellation incurs a heavy penalty.
