Kenny Davis is the Chief Commercial Officer for Resynergi, a Bay Area advanced recycling company for hard-to-recycle plastics. Kenny is an E8 Climate Tech angel investor. He is also a lifelong entrepreneur, who sold his company Action Face to Infinite Reality last year. Besides his own businesses, he has lead the new business divisions for companies such as Activision and Hasbro, where he launched household name brands such as Skylanders, Bakugan, and Furby. Kenny lives in Berkeley, CA, with his wife and teenage boys.
Dr. Ganesh Nagarajan is the Senior Director of Plastics at WM. He leads WM initiatives towards increasing recycling and recovery of plastic materials. He is additionally responsible for value creation and stakeholder engagement. Prior to WM, Dr. Nagarajan worked at LyondellBasell for over two decades in multiple roles including Application Development, Sales, Marketing & Business Management. He also supported the development of numerous recycling projects as a thematic expert for the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, as well as an Executive Advisory Board Member of Cyclyx. His international assignments include roles as Marketing and Sales Manager for Northeast Asia and Australia at Basell Asia Pacific Limited and as Managing Director for Basell Polyolefins India Limited.

Zack Patterson is the Global Exxtend™ Marketing Manager at ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company, located in Spring, Texas. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies supporting Circular Products – including Exxtend™ Technology for Advanced Recycling, while interfacing with value chain partners in meeting their commercial and corporate goals.
Prior to his current role, Zack has served as the Americas Market Development Manager Polypropylene, Vistamaxx™, and Exact™ (PVE) business, a Senior Account Manager supporting the automotive, appliance, and hygiene industries within PVE, and as a Global Market Developer in the Hydrocarbon Fluids business supporting the launch of the Mobil EV™ suite of products.
Zack received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University with a minor in Business Administration in 2007. After college, Zack accepted a position with ExxonMobil in Customer Technical Support at the Akron, Ohio office supporting many TPV applications including major automotive OEMs. Over the course of his career, he has served in a wide variety of roles in sales, manufacturing, technology, and marketing across the ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company.

Jesus Atias is the North America Sustainability manager for Packaging & Specialty Plastics. Jesus is responsible for expanding the Hefty® EnergyBag® program, which represents a collaboration with strategic customer Reynolds Consumer Products and participating communities, diverting more plastics from landfill by converting them to valuable energy resources. He focuses on program growth and identifying partners across the value chain, including new end markets and applications. He is managing Dow’s responsibilities as the first Hefty® EnergyBag® program launches in Canada.
Robert Flores is Vice President of Sustainability at Berry Global. Flores leads execution of the Company’s ambitious Impact 2025 sustainability strategy. This strategy includes 100% of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) packaging to be reusable, recyclable, or compostable and have an average of 10% recycled content by 2025. Berry also announced a 2030 goal of 30% circular plastics across FMCG packaging.
As a long-time sustainability professional and plastics expert, Flores has worked with local, national, and global organizations, including the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Alliance to End Plastic Waste, and Association of Plastic Recyclers, to foster a circular economy.
Mark Agerton has 37 years of experience in the industry as a Chemical Engineer, with 29 of those years spent at P&G. During his time at P&G, he has worked in various roles within the Engineering, FemCare, and HairCare organizations. For the past 12 years, his focus has been on Packaging, specifically in areas such as mold qualifications, polymeric structures, pigment orientation, and analysis of PCR recyclate and impurities. Currently, Mark's primary areas of focus are global sustainability, advanced and mechanical recycling, recycling infrastructure, and conducting Life Cycle Analyses.
Omar Terrie is Alterra’s Head of Public Affairs where he manages the company’s government relations, community relations, and communication programs. Prior to Alterra, Omar was the Federal Public Affairs Manager for Neste’s Renewable Polymer and Chemicals business unit where he lead Neste’s public and government affairs efforts on biobased polymers and chemicals throughout the Americas. Omar also worked as the Director of Market Advocacy at the American Chemistry Council’s Plastic Division where he organized member engagement on legislation and regulation relevant to polymer producers
