Andrei is a Senior Project Manager in Roland Berger’s Sustainability Practice, with over eight years of experience. Specializing in the waste management sector, Andrei has honed his expertise in packaging sustainability, producer responsibility, and deposit systems. He has led numerous assignments in the sector, providing strategic support to a diverse range of stakeholders, including governmental entities, national investors, brand owners, packaging producers, and industry alliances. Andrei's deep understanding of the industry and its complexities enables him to effectively contribute to developing innovative and practical solutions to his clients.
Born in 1984 in Batroun, Lebanon. Graduated from USEK with BSc in Biochemistry 2006.
Charbel Joined NAPCO - United Plastic Products Company (Jeddah, KSA) in 2007, starting his career in QC department, then promoted to Technical & QC Manager. In 2018, he moved to Ampacet in Dubai, UAE as Technical Manager. He joined NAPCO – RECOM as Operations Manager in 2023.
Jerome Viricel is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with a rich background in diverse industries. Over the past 18 years, he has successfully managed multiple companies in France, North Africa, and the Middle East, demonstrating his exceptional entrepreneurial cleverness.
Jerome holds an MSc. in Management, specializing in European Entrepreneurial Learning, from EMLyon Business School (2002). His passion for business strategy, management, and entrepreneurship led him to establish his first company while still pursuing his education.
With a focus on event and communication services, he delivered impressive results,
organizing major corporate events for prominent French groups for over a decade.
In 2012, Jerome expanded his horizons and ventured into the Middle East. As the Director Middle East & Asia for a reputable French textile company, he played a pivotal role in driving commercial development across more than 20 countries. With a keen eye for emerging markets and a talent for strategic decision-making, Jerome effectively managed the subsidiary based in Dubai.
Currently serving as the General Manager of RECAPP for Veolia Middle East, Jerome brings his extensive expertise in project management, marketing, commercial strategies, and business development to the forefront.

o Emeel Bishay is the Corporate and Government Affairs Manager – Gulf & Developing Markets at Mondelez International. In his current capacity, he provides leadership and coordination for all strategic communications, advocacy initiatives as well as special situations management in the Gulf & Developing Markets region. Additionally, he also leads the sustainability communications and advocacy strategy. As a business advisor, Emeel drives the external affairs and policy communications agenda in his region by understanding public, economic, and political drivers to provide strategic counsel that meets the company’s communications and business goals. Externally, he is also part of a number of trade coalitions that focus on connecting with government stakeholders in the region to provide a clear understanding of the key regulatory and policy issues facing the industry. Prior to joining Mondelēz, Emeel spent more than 15 years in consulting and in house roles, where he was responsible for strategy and planning, research and analytics, policy analysis, corporate communications, and providing counsel on reputational risk to senior executives across different industry sectors in the region.
Noor has extensive experience in Communication and Public Relations in both public and private sectors. Her career in public relations and communications started in 2007 where she headed up the department in one of the leading local private universities. She then joined Unilever KSA in 2013 as Internal Communications Manager and since then has progressed in her career.

Holds specialist expertise in developing and executing end-to-end Sustainability and R&D strategies while leading and delivering complex, large-scale regional projects

Moustafa has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and experience in these critical areas, becoming a trailblazer in the pursuit of environmental harmony.

Dana Mosora holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest (Romania) and an MBA in Marketing from Colorado State University (US).
Her professional experience ranges from applied research in cosmetics, to consumer marketing in Colgate Palmolive and Sara Lee in US and Europe and plastic packaging value chain in Europe and Africa.
With Dow Chemical between 2007 and 2016, she led the Value Chain Engagement for the European Division of Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics and eventually headed the European, Middle East and Africa Sustainability and Advocacy initiatives for the business.
She is now the founder of DANA MOSORA Consulting, a company dedicated to driving the Circular Economy for Plastic Packaging and works as consultant for the European CEFLEX consortium.
As legacy project, she created in 2017 the ASASE Foundation in Accra, Ghana. The foundation is helping entrepreneur women from under-privileged communities to start social enterprises in recycling plastic packaging and deviate it from urban and marine littering.
Justin Wood is Vice President and Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) at the Alliance to End Plastic Waste. He joined the Alliance in April 2020 and is responsible in the EMEA region for developing the strategy, building a portfolio of high-impact projects that address plastic pollution and support a circular economy, as well as raising funds and developing partnerships.
Before joining the Alliance, Justin was Head of Asia Pacific and Member of the Executive Committee at the World Economic Forum from 2015 to 2020. In this role, he managed the Forum’s portfolio of activities and relationships in Asia, working on trade and economic integration, human capital development, technology policy, environmental sustainability and infrastructure financing.
Before 2015, he worked for The Economist Group for 18 years, the last 14 of them in South-east Asia. For eight of those years Justin ran an economic advisory and research service covering the Asia region, and before that he worked as a journalist, covering economics and business.
Justin is a graduate of the London School of Economics (1992) and has completed post-graduate studies in corporate finance at London Business School (2001) and in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School (2019). Justin is the author of several books and is a frequent commentator on TV and in the press. He is married with three children.
