How should companies approach sustainability? What actions should be prioritized? How can businesses avoid the pitfalls of carbon “tunnel vision”? Beyond decarbonization and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), there’s a significant opportunity to reimagine the packaging industry in ways that align with nature.
This webinar will explore how companies can take a broader, nature-positive approach to sustainability. By considering planetary boundaries and using diverse indicators, businesses can better understand their impact on biodiversity, water, and ecosystems while making informed, locally relevant decisions. Through the Tetra Pak case study on water stewardship, we’ll uncover practical ways to create lasting change and embrace a more holistic view of resource efficiency and circularity.
Key Discussion Points:
• Why integrating nature into sustainability strategies is critical for long-term resilience.
• How to prioritize actions that protect biodiversity, restore ecosystems, and address water-related risks.
• A real-world example of how Tetra Pak has incorporated nature into its sustainability strategy, going beyond traditional approaches like LCA.
